Where should I park?
There is typically plenty of parking right out front! However, sometimes our little parking lot does fill up so we suggest you park in the lot in front of the remainder of the shopping center.
Are you open on Sundays?
No! We are open Monday through Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-2pm! But we would love for you to shop online on Sunday!
Where are you located?
We are located at 3604 Verandah Drive, Suite D Augusta, GA 30909! If you are having a hard time finding us, look for the cute little blue building!
When will my items ship?
Thank you so much for your order! Your items will ship out within 3 business days.
Do you offer free shipping or local delivery?
We do not offer free shipping or local delivery. However, at checkout, you will have the option for in-store pickup!

Size & Fit
How do your sizes run?
We love each of brands , however, the fit may vary depending on the brand. Most of our brands are true to size! We suggest you refer to the specific product page.
Will you restock sold-out items?
No! Most of the time, once a product is sold out, it will not reappear. This excludes our gifts and accessories!
My items don’t fit, can I exchange for a different size?

What is your return policy?
Thank you so much for shopping at Scottie’s! All items purchased on our website can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving. All jewelry, homegoods, and sale items are final sale. Items must be returned with original tags, unworn, unwashed and free of all odors and stains/makeup. If your items meet these requirements, we also offer store credit! Please email us at hello@shopscotties.com with any further questions!
How can I make a return?

My items arrived damaged, what do I do?
If you received an item that is damaged, please email a photo and order number to hello@shopscotties.com within 3 days of receiving the item.
How + when will I get my store credit?
We will email you the store credit code within 24 hours of receiving your return.
